Plan and receive parts restocks
Track needed stock, supplier links and received quantities.
1 min read- Open Parts Inventory and scroll to Restock list. Parts below their minimum show the quantity needed.
- Choose Plan order, set the quantity and optionally enter a supplier website link. This records a plan; it does not place a purchase.
- Choose Mark ordered after placing the order with your supplier.
- When the parts arrive, choose Receive stock. Confirm the quantity; TeamOps adds it to inventory once and marks that order received.
