Mentions, pins and acknowledgements
Make team instructions easier to find and follow.
1 min read- Use Mention in Team Chat to select a teammate. Send the message normally.
- Workspace owners and editors can pin up to ten messages. Pinned messages stay above the conversation.
- Select Seen or Completed to acknowledge a specific message. Your name and acknowledgement are visible to the team.
- Mark displayed messages read clears their unread count. An unread count is separate from an explicit Seen or Completed acknowledgement.
