Contact Support and check system status
Use System Status to check service availability, or email RaceCore Support when you need staff to respond.
1 min read- Open Support from the account menu, or use the Support link on the sign-in page.
- Open System status to check the application, storage, voice, weather and radar. Expand a service to see its latest check details.
- Choose Contact support, pick a topic, and describe what happened. Add your device, browser and any error message. Do not include passwords.
- Choose Open email draft, review the message to support@racecorenetwork.com, and send it in your email app. With screenshots attached, Save email draft downloads an .eml file to open and send from a compatible mail app.
