Getting started with TeamOps

Set up your workspace and get ready for your next event.

  1. Sign in using the TeamOps account provided by RaceCore Staff, then complete your first and last name in My Profile.
  2. New team owners enter their team name, car number, car class and preferred tracks on Set up your team. You can update these later from My Profile.
  3. Open My Profile → Account to add and verify your email for password recovery. Use Account Sharing to invite your crew with separate sign-ins.
  4. Use the Team Menu to open your available pages. Workspace owners have race-operation tools; crew members have Team Chat and Team Voice.
  5. Owners can start a setup sheet by choosing a car class, or create a maintenance log and save progress as work is completed.
  6. Open Communication to talk with your team. Use Team Chat for messages and Team Voice for a shared push-to-talk room.
  7. Keep TeamOps open while records sync. Visit Support for guides, CORA, service checks and contact options.
